I am stay home mother of 2 little boys who loves to experiment with different raw food recipes, mainly low fat ones. Our family has been raw vegan little under one year and we are looking forward to our future as raw vegan family.

Personally I feel best on fresh fruits and greens but coming from the long history of  emotional eating I am taking my raw vegan journey one step at a time 🙂 For now this is as healthy as  I get. I am also not puritanical raw vegan meaning i still like to use maple syrup, bragg’s liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, freeze dried fruits and veggies and so on 🙂 But i enjoy my journey on this path, constantly learning about my body and what it likes and doesn’t like.

I am happy and lucky to be raw  🙂
