This pizza is amazing!!!

it is soo heavenly and yummi and low fat that you can have entire thing all for yourself and not feel guilty about it 😉

  1. 1 large jicama
  2. 2 cups freeze dried corn
  3. 1 T dried basil
  4. 1 T dried oregano
  5. 1/4 cup raw walnuts or pecans
  6. salt to taste ( optional)
  7. 1 T ground psyllium husk powder or ground flax or chia seeds

tomato sauce:

  1. 2 medium sized tomatoes
  2. 1/2 cup sundried or freezedried tomatoes
  3. handful of fresh basil
  4. 1 small garlic clove
  5. 1 t dried basil
  6. 1 t dried oregano
  7. 1 T raw apple cider vinegar
  8. 1 medjool date
  9. salt to taste (optional)

toppings :

what ever you love and for me it is:

  1. 1 cup pineapple
  2. handful of fresh basil
  3. 1/4 of white onion

Okey, so to make pizza you first clean and peal jicama. Then shred it and put it in the nutmilk bag, squeeze out as much liquid as you can then put it in the bowl.

Then take your freeze dried corn and either in powerful blender or coffee grinder, grind it until it becomes like a flour. Add it to jicama. Then grind your walnuts or pecans into flour and add to bowl. Now add rest of the crust ingredients and mix well.

Take your dehydrator sheet and line it with nonstick sheet then put your mix on the sheet and form it into pizza frust. I like to keep my pizza sides a little thicker then middle part.

Put your dehydrator on 115 F and dehydrate your pizza crust for about 3 hours.

same time with pizza crust also dehydrate your pineapple by cutting it into small thin pieces and putting them on seperate dehydrator sheet.

When 3 hours have passed make your tomato sauce by blending all the ingredients in the blender. Spread it on pizza crust, add pineapple, finely sliced white onion, finely sliced fresh basil and sprinkle on some black pepper and dried oregano if you like and then dehydrate for another 2-3 hours.

Once ready, slice and enjoy 🙂

ps! Makes yummi comforting dish also by making pizza crust mix , leaving out psyllium husk and eating it as it is. Soo good either way 🙂
