Raw vegan cashew sour-cream or yogurt

This cashew sour-cream is amazing! You can either make it for savory dishes by adding salt or also for desserts by skipping salt. Up to you 🙂


  1. 1 cup raw cashews
  2. 1 capsule or 1 little scoop of probiotics
  3. 1/4 cup of water
  4. salt to taste

Soak cashews over night in the water. In the morning blend together with its water, add your extra water if you need it, plus salt and probiotics. Blend until creamy, put in the jar and let it sit in the fridge for 2 days. Use it for dips, dressings, or if leaving salt out you can use it as amazing raw yogurt and eat it with fruits or what ever toppings you love. Enjoy 🙂
