Raw vegan lower fat salt free cashew pumpkin seed cream cheese

So this is super simple basic everyday cream cheese recipe that you can add to salad or use as a pasta sauce or what ever else you would like to use it for. My kids like it plain but feel free to add any of your favorite fresh or dried herbs like till or basil into it.

for cheese you need:

  1. 1 cup of raw pumpkin seeds
  2. 1 cup of raw cashews
  3. 4 cups of celery
  4. 1 tbs onion powder
  5. 4 tbs nutritional yeast
  6. 1 small lemon peeled and seeded

Just blend everything in high speed blender until smooth and enjoy!  Lasts in fridge up to 3 days. I hope you enjoy it. Love.
